RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you love your BOKOO stationery, and that you are fully satisfied with your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. 

If your stationery is not in the condition hoped for, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery and where reasonable, we will refund or exchange for goods of equal value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the customer will be responsible for costs of return postage. ​

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email to let you know that we received your return. A refund is then sent back to your original method of payment. All refunds exclude shipping.

If we ever have to cancel your order from our end you'll be notified and issued a refund immediately.

Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of your refund confirmation email for the money to arrive in your account.

Cancellations

 

If for any reason, you need to cancel your order. Please contact us within 24hours of your order and you will be eligible for a full refund. However, should your request to cancel your order, exceed 24 hours from your original order, we will be unable to make any changes to or cancel your order. 

 

Please note, we reserve the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that we have previously accepted.  If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative as agreed with you.
